Founding of Chesard
Chesard is not a municipality but a hamlet of the municipality of Grandcour, in the district of Broye-Vully. It lies at 477 m above sea level, on the heights east of the village of Grandcour, above the Broye plain. No source consulted dates its formation or names its founders.
